Jack

JACK is an Armenian American painter, whose current body of work addresses the turmoil he often feels, as he struggles to balance his family’s cultural heritage and his desire to embrace and understand the American culture. His work is a mixture of abstract and figurative, often chaotic with a lot of movement, sometimes with fragmented human forms floating between reality and abstract spaces, the theoretical vs. the actual  addressing his quest to find the equilibrium between two cultures.
